  • Persuasive writing.

  • Proofread and edit technical information, client submitted materials, staff interviews, and online content.

  • Meet proposal deadlines through proper management of priorities, target dates, and asset/document procurement.

  • Provide interview coaching, strategy, and graphics.

  • Execute additional research and special projects, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or similar.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the AEC industry.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a passion for proposal development and winning work.

  • Experience reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), determining proposal requirements, preparing proposal drafts, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain and review materials, and preparing final responses.

  • Experience with design and visual communication.

  • Proficiency using marketing and presentation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in both a remote and in-person team environment, meet deadlines, and efficiently prioritize work while adapting to our clients’ work styles.

  • Ability to accept feedback on, and make changes to, client deliverables.
